When you subscribe to any of Stock Traders Press.com's services you understand the following:

Subscriber Responsibility: We at Stock Traders Press.com expect you to know your own investment goals and to understand that a possession of fundamental trading abilities, or a desire to procure those abilities are a prerequisite to your signing up.

Liability: Stock Traders Press.com shall under no circumstances be liable to any visitor, user, and/or any third party for any lost profits, lost opportunities, indirect, special, incident, consequential, punitive, or any other damages whatsoever. Stock Traders Press.com assumes no responsibility or liability for any inaccuracies, misstatements, errors, fabrications, contained within documents, data, materials, web site pages, contained herewithin and associated pages, either through error or negligence. You agree to hold Stock Traders Press.com harmless for any act resulting directly or indirectly from this site, it data, content, materials, associated pages and documents.

Transferability: Subscribership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform Stock Traders Press.com the following: Changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until Stock Traders Press.com is notified, by e-mail or by telephone of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service.

Termination: Subscription to our services may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either Stock Traders Press.com or the Subscriber by e-mail or by telephone. When termination is requested by a Subscriber, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service. Cancellation of service is not official until Subscriber receives email confirmation from Stock Traders Press.com. If Subscriber does not receive a cancellation confirmation within 24 hours of request (excluding weekends and holidays), Subscriber must call our offices toll free at 1-866-STP-NEWS to re-submit the cancellation and verify that his/her email address is correct.

Statement of Interest: Employees of Stock Trades Press and Corporate Communications Corp. may hold a vested interest in any of the equities recommended by our Publications. Subscribers to our services may call and ask for a listing of Equities held by our Employees.

You agree to notify Stock Traders Press.com in writing promptly upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or use of the Service by any party or of any claim that the Service infringes upon any copyright, trademark, or other contractual, statutory or common law rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, recompile, decompile, reverse engineer, distribute, publish, display, modify, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of the service, except that you may download or make one print copy of this service for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright and other proprietary notices are retained. The analysis and data included in Stock Traders Press.com may not be recirculated, redistributed or published without prior written consent from Stock Traders Press.com. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation the subscriber will be charged a 30% cancellation fee, in addition to the percentage of services rendered. All 2-week, 30-day trial, and discount subscriptions are non-refundable. All 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions are refundable only within the first 10 days of service in writing.

Payment and Billing: Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Stocktraderspress bills annual and quarterly subscribers who choose to pay by credit card on a 30 day basis.
